It is no secret that our world is undergoing radical transformations. Current social and economic trends are a wake-up call for governments, businesses, nongovernmental organizations (NPOs) and other stakeholders. Global shifts in ecology and technology, the growth of the Earth's population pose new challenges to humanity and the need to strive for a more sustainable future. We are confident that no one can push such an ambitious agenda alone and that there is a tremendous power in collaboration.

On December 1-2, 2020, participants of the international online conference "Energy of the Future" will discuss the agenda of intercultural and social partnership in solving global problems. The main topics are the role of a person, his knowledge and competencies, in balanced economic growth on the planet. Over two days, over 60 internationally renowned experts and 5,000 participants will take part in 16 sessions, including governments, non-governmental organizations, business and social groups.

Indeed, in the modern world, success largely depends on a person's self-determination and motivation. And children now from a fairly early age understand that being in demand and successful, choosing a profession by vocation and at the same time working in a prestigious company, solving global problems, is a worthy professional future.

At the same time, the task of parents, teachers, experts is to help young people find their way, choose a profession of the future proactively, relying on their hobbies and interests. That is why, together with adult experts, children - schoolchildren will speak at the conference, who will talk about how they see themselves as professionals and in what field, what motivation they are motivated by, what they are passionate about, what they strive for and what values are guided by.

EKS experts, together with young participants, will discuss technological opportunities for training in the professions of the future, for example, in the nuclear or energy industry, as well as the skills of the 21st century - hard skills and soft skills, which are absolutely necessary for mastering modern specialties. And also about how disruptive technologies must comply with environmental standards, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the responsibility of each person for the whole world.

The Eurasian Kids Society also participates in Global Impact.
