Testing and launch of a program for the quantum Internet is planned. This innovation will make it possible to send classified information of different types and sizes. The first to get the result from the new development are financial companies, government agencies, large enterprises, infrastructure facilities.

The quantum Internet is much faster than the current one and provides the maximum level of protection. This type of transmission is being developed in advanced world countries. In Russia, ITMO and RVC will create such bases for quantum networks.

The trial version in test mode will be launched in 2021, the infrastructure will be provided by the Russian Railways. Quantum transmission of information will consist of various components, programs that organize the main platform for the new Internet networks. On this basis, it will be possible to create secure networks of any scale and size, from small to covering the entire country.
